The event is free and open to the
public. The only requirement is that
 you arrive in your grooviest threads
 (bellbottom or torn jeans, tie dye
 shirts, mini skirts, go-go boots,
 granny dresses, crocheted hats and
belts, love beads, head bands, sandals,
or bare feet), that you have a gas
and that you don't split early!
