Fellsmere
A few miles east of 1-95,
southwest of Melbourne,
is a tiny village that is
pleasantly lost in time.

Broadway Boulevard
Fellsmere was at one time a
wet marshland that was
purchased and developed
by E. Nelson Fell in 1910.
An engineer by trade he
drained the land into
canals and built roads.
