Plate dinners include "Rib Plate"
a favorite with deliciously lean &
meaty pork spareribs. Combo
platters have ribs, chicken, and
sliced pork or beef. There are lite
specials for smaller appetites.
All dinners and lite specials include
grilled garlic bread, slaw and choice
of steak fries potato salad or
Bar-B-Que beans. Slim’s also
serves Bar-B-Q sandwiches,
burgers and fresh grilled fish along
with their famous Gorgonzola Salad
(a meal in itself) and Tropical
Fruit Salads.
Home made desserts
include Nan’s Pecan Torte Pie and
Aunt Flo’s Key Lime Pie.

This Florida
Secret has been family
owned and operated since 1957
with a reputation for great tasting
barbeque served in a clean
and friendly atmosphere.
Slim’s is not looking to mimic anyone.
The recipes were developed more
than 40 years ago. All dishes are
prepared from scratch, meats are
slow cooked with Blackjack Oak
and basted with special basting
sauce while cooking. The taste is
unique and the quality excellent.

drive for more than two hours to
