Our menus are lavish and filled with creative Caribbean surprises and traditional favorites. They are a product of our diverse cultural heritage.

Our recipes are national dishes, seasoned to perfection with a “little bit a ‘dis and a little bit a ‘dat”

Our flavors include mixtures of burning hot pepper and tanginess, the rich complexity of slowly stewed brown sauces, the spice of intense curries and the cool sweetness of its many tropical fruits. We like to describe our foods as a kind of reggae/calypso medley, full of subtleties, yet pulsating.

Calypso Salads and Soups
