Menu Items vary somewhat
with the seasons, since only
locally grown and organic foods
 are used. Salads include the Spinach
 Salad with Walnuts, Spinach, soaked 
raw walnuts, dried cherries, pear
ribbons and red onion, piled
high with sweet berry
vinaigrette.

Beverages include : Their extensive
 tea selection includes Organic Herbal, 
Green, Black and Rooibos in fruity and
 spiced varieties.  Freshly ground
 organic coffee is served in a French
 Press. They also offer a full line of
 amazing no-powder added smoothies,
  juiced-to-order veggie and fruit and their
 own “Bunny Love” which consists of
 in-house made almond milk and fresh-
juiced carrot ginger juice blended with
 frozen bananas and cinnamon!   
A real treat!”

Desserts include: 
Their own version of soft serve ice cream 
consisting of a no-guilt formula of frozen
 fresh fruit, a raw cobbler featuring seasonal 
fruit layered in a nut and date crumble, Fresh
 Living Fruit Pie with a nut and date based 
crust and topped with walnut crème.
