Winemaking is considered an art
at Murielle Wineries. Using various
yeasts, the wines are fermented
to perfection. Among the varieties
available: Port, Merlot, Pino Noir
and Chardonnay. The signature
product is their Ice-Styled Wine,
(right) an incomparable cordial
derived from grapes that are
picked while frozen on the vine.

Michael Biglin has had a passion for
wines that spans more than three decades. Drawing from this back-
ground, he and his wife Janine established the only winery of its
kind in Florida. Using juices
imported from California, Italy
and other vineyards world-
wide, they produce and label
a range of superb wines.
On most Saturdays the Winery
hosts a free tasting from 1-4
p.m. These informal gatherings
are fun and informative. Michael
doesn't "use big words", but
guides his guests on a
"tasting adventure".
All wines at Murielle are hand
bottled. The product is naturally
filtered to ensure uncompromised
aroma and flavor. A proprietary
labeling process is used and
private labeling is available.
