Mud Spring
Just south of the tiny river
village of Welaka there lies a
beautiful spring that gives
forth a bounty of purified
water from the limestone
depths of the Florida
aquifer.
Its about a 10- 15 minute hike
in. Covered picnic tables beside
the spring may be used.
There is a one
dollar fee to
hike to the spring. Please
be respectful and leave
these beautiful environs
as you found them.
