3. "Explore Nature By Boat"
aboard a 20 foot 2007 pontoon
 boat guided by botanist and
Marine captain Kathryn Preston
with Nature Education and Science Explorations (NESE). We will explore habitats that support dolphin,
 manatee, alligators, turtles,
otters, crabs, osprey, herons,
bats, eagles, kites, gulls, and many others….We will see and discuss
the differences between the red,
black and white mangroves, their
various ways of dealing with a salty environment and why they are so
important in our ecosystem.
